Choose your charms and customize how you would like to use them!

Choose your favourite charms from the drop-down menu; each charm has a unique code associated with it - refer to the images.

Add each charm with charm finish to cart. Once you have added all of your charms + chain to cart, leave a note at checkout if you have any specific requests or if you would like your charms in a specific order. See our Styling Standards + Tips below.
To create a necklace/bracelet with charms attached, you MUST have a chain added to your cart.
OUR STYLING TIPS
• We recommend an uneven amount of charms for necklaces so that there is a main focal point on your chain (i.e. the centre charm).
• The largest charm tends to look best in the centre.
• Charm quantity and order doesn't necessarily matter for bracelets as they are spaced evenly and there is no main focal point.
OUR SPACING STANDARDS
We standardize the charm spacing based on what looks visually appealing; average spacing is 1 link apart for thicker chains and 2 links apart for thinner chains (see sample images). If you would like them spaced further apart, please let us know in the note at checkout.
Our styling team will use their expertise and experience to choose the layout and order of the charms. If you have specific requests for spacing or the order of the charms, please leave a note at check-out.
WHEN ENTERING THE CHARM ORDER IN THE ORDER NOTES, ALWAYS START FROM LEFT TO RIGHT.
For example: "SAS-005, GEM-004, CUT-002"
You must add each charm + finish to cart one at a time.
This item is made to order, please allow for a production time of 3 - 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We do not accept rush requests.
Charms, charm necklaces, and charm bracelets are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Already have a chain you want charms attached to? Come shop the charms in person at TUU to get them put on your chain.
Don't live in Calgary? Add the clasp option to your cart to get clip-on charms. If you are purchasing 5 charms, be sure to add 5 clasps to cart.
Our charms are hypoallergenic and materials include gold-filled, thick gold plating, rhodium plating, stainless steel, enamel coating, glass, cubic zirconia, pearls and ceramic beads.
Charms made with shell, pearl, ceramic, or enamel components will vary in size/colour due to their handmade nature or natural material.
Always avoid contact with water, perfume, and skincare products. We have extensively tested the wear of our materials and your charm necklace/bracelet will last with proper care.
Fading or oxidization in materials are considered normal with wear. Personal pH levels or exposure to humidity can affect the lifetime of your jewelry. Store in a bag, suede pouch, or jewelry box.

3 Charm Options
WE HAVE 3 CHARM OPTIONS:
1. Permanently Attached to Chain - Keep your pendant(s) on a chain forever! Have it affixed onto any chain of your choosing for a classic charm necklace or a single pendant necklace.
2. Clip-on Charm - This removable charm option can be clipped onto chains. You must add the Make it a Clip-On Clasp listing to cart.
Dainty Spring Clasp is suitable for thinner chains like: Chanceux Chain, Chanceux Bracelet, Lulu Chain, Ace Chain, Liv Chain, Alina Chain.
Chunky Lever Clasp is suitable for thicker chains like the Icon Chain/Bracelet or clip it onto shoelaces or handbags. *
3. Hoop Charm - we attach a ring so that the charm faces forward on a hoop. You must add the Make it a Hoop Earring Charm listing to cart. Slide the charm onto a narrow, closed hoop.
We recommend: Goldie Hoops, Harlem Hoops, Constantine Hoops, Chubby Hoops. *
* Add the clasp/hoop option to your cart to get clip-on charms or hoop charms. If you are purchasing 5 charms, be sure to add 5 clasps/hoop rings to cart.
