Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to our customers and free tracked shipping on orders over $200 in North America.

Please choose Shipping Insurance to cover a replacement package in the event that your original package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee replacement without the purchase of Shipping Insurance.

We have teamed up with Trexity to provide same-day delivery for customers in and around the Calgary area! Pay a flat-rate fee to receive same-day delivery on your order; rates are determined by the distance (km) of the package destination from our Inglewood shop. No minimum required!

Deliveries include tracking via email/SMS, so you will be updated when the order gets picked up, in transit, and dropped off. Deliveries will be dropped off at your doorstep; you will receive a photo confirmation once your order has been delivered. 

Same-day delivery is only available on Tuesday - Friday. Orders must be placed before 1PM to be eligible for same-day delivery. If orders are unable to be fulfilled on the same day OR is ordered after 1PM, they will be included in the next day’s shipment.

Online Return

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive it in our shop. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

There is a 5% re-stocking fee for all online returns.

In-Store Return

We will process the return the same day it is received, but it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

If you need to make changes to an order such as cancelling, adjusting, or changing your shipping address, please reach out to info@coutukitsch.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please understand that the COUTUKITSCH team works hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible and in some cases we may not be able to cancel or adjust your order upon request.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. If a customer requests to cancel their order, we deduct a $5 CAD admin fee from the refund.

For hand-stamped and custom charm pieces, we will not be able to cancel or adjust your order.

For any questions pertaining to a COUTUKITSCH item purchased at another shop, please contact that shop with as much information as possible (order number, date purchased, images, etc.).

Shipment delays do not happen often, but if they do, please give the courier at least 5 business days to fulfill the delivery starting from the estimated delivery date. If your package still has not arrived after 5 business days, contact our team via email at info@coutukitsch.com and we will get back to you within 1-4 business days. We will do our best to find out where your package is, and we appreciate your patience during this period.

All permanent jewelry sales are FINAL. All permanent jewelry comes with a 30 day limited warranty. During your appointment, we ensure that there are no issues with the chain and that your piece is properly welded together but breakage may occur. If your chain gets caught or if pressure is applied to it, the chain could stretch or break.

• If the jump ring breaks at the weld point, we will replace it free of charge.
• If the integrity of the chain has been compromised or stretched due to getting caught or pulled, the welding will be complimentary, however a replacement chain may need to be purchased.
• If your chain becomes lost within the first 30 days, we offer a free one time replacement.
• After the 30 day limited warranty, a replacement chain can be purchased at full price.

If your chain does falls off, please reach out to customer service at info@coutukitsch.com.We will examine the chain before re-welding it to ensure there are no issues with the integrity of the chain. We are unable to offer complimentary replacements in the case that the jewelry was broken or lost through fault of the owner.

We've got your back! For 6 months from the date of delivery/pickup, we'll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper care, storage or use of the product, or any modifications to your product by a third party outside of COUTUKITSCH.

If your COUTUKITSCH piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to info@coutukitsch.com.

IMPORTANT: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of coutukitsch.com or TUU)are not covered under COUTUKITSCH's warranty. Please reach out to the business the items were purchased from directly.

We are happy to make reasonable repairs to your COUTUKITSCH pieces. Costs for repair will depend on the extent of the damage and will be determined by COUTUKITSCH. We cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through unreasonable use and treatment. Conclusions of use and treatment will be determined by COUTUKITSCH. Repairs or replacements for pieces older than 6 months from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by COUTUKITSCH.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to hold the customer responsible for the cost of retrieving the damaged items and subsequent repairs.

COUTUKITSCH jewelry is made with several metals including but not limited to stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, gold-filled brass, gold-plated brass, Sterling Silver, and rhodium plated brass. These metals are hypoallergenic and safe for most. Gold-plated stainless steel is entirely waterproof and tarnish-resistant when cared for properly. Gold-filled items include more solid gold and are especially great for people with highly sensitive skin and are very long-lasting when cared for properly. 

COUTUKITSCH pieces have delicate components and must be handled with care. Our Stainless Steel jewelry is considered waterproof and tarnish-resistant. All other materials in our collection should be kept away from skin care products, water, and humidity. To ensure the longevity of your pieces we recommend removing them before showering and working out. Remove all jewelry before applying alcohol-based products like hand sanitizer, lotion, perfume, and hairspray. Do not use liquid cleaning solutions on COUTUKITSCH pieces. You can use a soft, dry jewelry cloth to remove oxidization. Store COUTUKITSCH pieces in a jewelry box protected from dust and direct sunlight. Keep away from excessive humidity and do not get wet. Avoid storing in the washroom. Love your jewelry and handle it with care. Minor imperfections and tarnishing of plated brass items are considered normal wear.

COUTUKITSCH jewelry is packaged in custom branded bags or boxes. Our boxes and padded mailers are compostable/recyclable. Our zip bags are recyclable/reusable. Our microfibre pouches are meant to be reused as jewelry storage. Please be mindful of packaging and reuse or recycle when possible.
