Zotter's Hand-scooped Chocolate Bars are a mixture of inventiveness and manual work. The Hand-scooped Chocolates are filled chocolates. The fillings are spread on in layers on long tracks. During this process, up to 6 different layers are combined and coated all around with chocolate. By combining different ingredients such as coffee and toffee, something new is created all the time - ideally a flavour explosion. Made in Austria, shipped from North Vancouver, BC.

Coffee Couverture filled with Cognac Cream 

Some Cognac infuses a dark chocolate ganache with a balanced and intense flavour. And in line with its finish, dominated by notes of roasted coffee beans, this beautiful creation is enveloped in a coffee couverture. This makes perfect sense, because here at Zotter, we even make our own coffee at our in-house roastery.
